Purpose of this public place:
The purpose of this place is to attract the public to come inside. Its not your average day to day running pub where you can take a family for example babies, kids. Its more of age
16+ type of pub. Unless its throughout the day. Its not just a fancy bar; its also a
restaurant day and night even in the morning. This bar and restaurant was set to advertise the 1930s banking hall of the former leeds permanent building society. Browns converted this premises into the bar and restaurant it is today keeping the
1930s theme inside. It is worth going to. Its a must seen deffiantly! Browns was originally opened up in 2001. Ever since Browns as been opened they have
served proper english food. Its not your average fish fingers and chips on a plate instead you get
belly of pork. This comes with cauliflower cheese bread and butter pudding, sage pesto and onion jus, curly kale and crackling. In my opinion this is a delicious meal.
Live entertainment:Browns is well known for the
entertainment. In my view if you want a change from the average speakers playing music what you get in your average pub style why not come and enjoy a relaxing meal and drinks listening to
live piano being played. Browns have a
live pianist playing at times of:
Wednesday till Thursday 6:30pm till 9:30pm
Saturday 3pm till 6pm
Sunday 1pm till 4pm
General information about browns:Thursdays nights Browns do a
lobster night. Where lobsters is available on the menu. (Bit of advice every meal you want to have at Browns pre-book it as it does get that busy). If you go on a thursday night when you book warn them of how many lobsters you are wanting in a meal to avoid disappointment of running out.
