Bukit Timah Nature Reserve - BTNR for short, in my way of writing, is absolutely a place where I wouldn't reall want to go. Singapore's tallest natural landmark - about 160 meters tall, well, sort of. I prefer the artificial ones more. They are more comfortble, at least. But if you'd like to go for a nature walk it's a nice place to go, in the evening. In the afternoon the hot sun would probably turn one into a piece of barbequed meat. Also, the mosquitoes are rmapant there, I expect, since it's in a water catchment area, Singapore having little water of its own. I'd advise one to bring lots of mosquito repellent, and be careful of large wierd insects. We're all so civilized and clean now. I think most people would baulk at going into a place like that.
