    Advantages Advantages close to nightlife and beach/waterpark

    Disadvantages Disadvantages rude staff, pavements from hell

    Just got back from a two week holiday in gran canaria, and this hotel was more than a little dissapointing. The service in the bar was awful, you had to wait some times 15 mins while the barman wandered off to potter around else where or stood chatting to what i can only assume are residents in the hotel. the beer when you got it was good at least (being a mostly german resort i would expect no less though)and the food was passable. The pool is very very quiet like the resort in general to be honest. Rooms were comfortable but the cleaning wasn’t up to scratch, a quick mop round but the bath ... more
