I ordered a chicken royal with cheese meal, It cost £3.98 and wasnt worth the price the cheese was a very greasy...I mean like dripping greasy! ...ontop (just the chicken and bun) And hers was lovely, Think it was the cheese that spoilt mine!
Even though the food was greasy and wasnt worth the money it was ok....
Th problem was the dirt and mess!! It was very very unhygenic! The tables were either messy or hadnt been wiped down properly.
And the floor was an utter disgrace.

My mother ordered the same without anything ontop (just the chicken and bun) And hers was lovely, Think it was the cheese that spoilt mine!

Good job i had taken actibacterial dry soap wih me otherwise i would have been a walking talking germ factory!
Overall Burgerking is not so bad on the food side of things, But the hygeine!.......Disgraceful, I dont actually know how they get away the place being in such a state. I wouldnt even let my cat eat there.....Never again!

Well, I've just visited Burger King for the first time in 2 or 3 years and I have to say how disappointed I was. The food itself was what you would expect - a good 'tummy filler', but the service and prices were really disappointing. For 2 meals (consisting of a burger, fries and a small drink) it cost nearly £13! Perhaps this would have been exceptable in a cafe or a restaurant, but in a fast-food establishment you expect to pay for something cheap ... ...was the service. Whilst we were waiting at the till for our food, the cashier along with somebody working behind the scenes proceeded to have a food fight, throwing chips at each other and chasing each other through the kitchen. When I am paying £13 for food I expect service to be a little more professional. Overall, a disappointing experience. ...

Advantages: very quick service Disadvantages: luke warm food, robotic service with a forced smile
...fast food then go to burger king, I ordered a regular burger and large fries, the large fries were a small portion in a large box, and the burger was cold,, the food was literally flung at me and the person who served me thanked me whilst looking at the next person in the queue. After biting into my burger and realising that it was on the cold side i walked back and waited in the queue, but i coul'nt complain at that, i was back at the till within ... ...all flustered, not being a great complainer myself and the queue becoming bigger and bigger, i said forget it and promptly walked out and popped them in the bin.....that was the first time i had actually been in burger king for years, i wont be going back in a hurry.... ...

Well as much as I like BurgerKing food, I also know the secrets as I used to work for BurgerKing and theirs so much you really dont know unless you've worked their.
dont get me wrong BurgerKing food is nice, but if you know how to determine if your food is fresh, or not then theirs no problem i'll eleabarate first on how the Burgers are prepared:
BURGERS:
So the average burger goes through the broiler/grill, of course their currentely going through aswell, and once cooked the burger and its bun are kept in a steamer, untill they are needed to be prepared, for selling like if the chute is out of a bacon double cheese, they'll make it up, but if everything is A ok they'll sit in this steamer for a holding time of ten minutes, by which time they SHOULD be thrown away.

I have spent a week researching this opinion, trying out burgers and chips, seeing what the service is like and generally comparing McDonald's and BurgerKing to decide who really is the best. I can say now that I have come to a conclusion, but that comes later!
I must say here that neither of them were too bad, but somehow they both seemed to lack on some of my criteria, but it's time to get to work and decide who really is the champion of the fast-food restaurants according to my tough judgement!
On Entry...
As you enter my local BK, you are greeted by a menu and a huge sign that tells you how much better they are than McDs. It is in a good location, and easy to find, but it doesn't smell fantastic and the tables are laid out in an almost impossible way!

Advantages: nice kiddy meals, convenient, often get vouchers for free food Disadvantages: still quite pricey
I think that BurgerKing is far in front of McDonalds and other fast food burger bars. The burgers seems bigger and have a much nicer chargrilled flavour. The Baps are bigger and I think you get a bigger portion of fries. I love the new coating that they put on the fries too.
The kids meals are good value for money and I often find vouchers for free food, or buy one get one free in the press etc.
One thing I am getting a bit fed up with, is the Pokemon toy promotion they run with the kiddy meals. They do change the toys regularly, but I wish they could change the Pokemon theme. ...
