if you want cold fast food then go to burger king, I ordered a regular burger and large fries, the large fries were a small portion in a large box, and the burger was cold,, the food was literally flung at me and the person who served me thanked me whilst looking at the next person in the queue. After biting into my burger and realising that it was on the cold side i walked back and waited in the queue, but i coul'nt complain at that, i was back at the till within minutes, i started to explain that burger was cold and that the fries resembled the chippings of wood at the bottom of a box, no sooner had she snatched them out of my hand, and repalced them with another lot, (fries did'nt look any differnt), i did'nt want them replacing, i wanted my money back, after explaining this the young person then became all flustered, not being a great complainer myself and the queue becoming bigger and bigger, i said forget it and promptly walked out and popped them in the bin.....that was the first time i had actually been in burger king for years, i wont be going back in a hurry....
