I thought I'd get the ball rolling on this one as I have endured c2c both as a commuter and a tourist. We all know that rail services in this country are very poor and I'm afraid to say that c2c is no different. A commuter ticket can cost as much as three thousand pounds per year and that does not necessarily secure a seat. It seems to me that all the new rail companies are interested is presenting a nicely presented service rather than a good service. LTS has now beocme c2c but nothing has changed in terms of service and the new trains do not even work!
