As I was on a budget, I have selected Caesar Hotel for my accomodation during my trip to Pattaya. One of the main reasons for my choice is the location. The hotel is located in the central of the city. The beach is within distance where it.

While the hotel is the grandest looking, the room isn't too bad. It is spacious enough to house at least 4 people even in the standard room. Toilet is clean. So too is the bed and sitting area. Unlike some of the 3 stars hotels that I have been to.

The food in the restaurant is quite good. Not the gourmet type but nonetheless, they taste like what they should.

Across the road, there is a money changer. As you know, the rate given by the hotels are normally lower . So having one so nearby is a bonus. Along the same stretch, you have rows of pubs. So if you are in need of a drink, that is where you can find cheap drinks.

Behind the rows are shop houses, ranging from the convenient store to selling handicrafts. If beach activities are what you are looking for, walk further down the street. You can hire a speedboat which will bring you to the nearby island. There, you can have jet-skiing, underwater tour and etc.

Lastly, if you want to catch the famous musical show, the cinema is about 15mins drive away.
