Caffe Nero is a leading Coffee store Retail Outlet located in many high street, town center, and Airport Lounge venues across England, wales and Scotland.
The company sells, Coffee as its main product. Also they stock Tea, cold refreshments, panini sandwiches, cookies, crisps, Chocolates, cakes, and sweets.
What I find that makes cafe nero different to other coffee Retail Outlet's is almost a combination of excellent Coffee, and a high standard of Customer Service.
The Music in the background of the store is subtle and light. This allows people to read a newspaper, to socialise with friends, family, or to enjoy a relaxing cup of Coffee in relative peace and quiet. The atmosphere is what makes caffe nero a pleasant and welcoming place to visit.
The staff seem to be team organised. I have seen Table's been cleared, the counter at the Bar is spotless, bins are emptied, not a great deal of litter the toilet and Wash Rooms are fresh smelling and clean. Go to a fast Food Restaurant to compare Service and this puts caffe nero streets ahead of the competition.
My only slight criticism is that, some of the staff should be making the extra little effort in terms of making themselves appear to be enjoying themselves.
The Menu is snack related, some salady panini's and sandwiches. What lets some of the Retail Outlet's down, is the availability of certain styles of panini's. I have been there many times in the past twelve months and have noticed on many occasions gaps in this Product range. This maybe due to brisk trading levels in these Outlet's.
The price of the coffee for a regular is competitive to its main rivals i.e costa Coffee, starbucks, coffee republic. The price of Food related products from cafe nero makes visiting this outlet on a regular basis, expensive and lets the 'value' for Money aspect down dramatically.
The Wash Rooms when i have give the impression that cleaning that has taken place and checked and updated on a regular basis.
The type of customers that enter cafe Nero, seems to be wide ranging from business people, tourists, locals, friends, day trippers, young and middle aged.
In conclusion: caffe nero is a great place to spend a certain amount of a day, as it is very relaxing, pleasant experience to kill time, catch up with friends, and most importantly to sip some rich and exotic tasting Coffee.
