We arrived at the hotel very late and found the reception staff to be very friendly although not enough staff were on hand to help the number of customers there at the time. After a long journey all we wanted was to get up to our rooms but we did have a long wait. The rooms were basic but clean and relatively comfortable. All the information in the room was in french which wasn't very helpfull, I do speak a certain amount of french but don't know ... ...station was right outside and the hotel is very conveniently placed to do the normal tourist sights without too many problems. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and most of the staff went out of their way to assist in any way they could. I would recommend to any traveller looking for a no-frills hotel in Paris. ... more

All the information in the room was in french which wasn't very helpfull, I do speak a certain amount of french but don't know enough to read it. On the plus side the metro station was right outside and the hotel is very conveniently placed to do the normal tourist sights without too many problems. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and most of the staff went out of their way to assist in any way they could. I would recommend to any traveller looking for a no-frills hotel in Paris.
