Advantages: Sightseeings starts at 3 Euros a day Disadvantages: Avoid rush hours!
...", restaurants and Bars are many and you may choose from different prices, you can also look for restaurants with live singed "FADO" the typical portuguese song style (specially for Lisboa and Coimbra).
Back to the public transports you can look at Carris web site, for the electric 28 (an old electric) that goes from Martim Moniz to CampodeOurique (Prazeres), it´s a very good journey and if you are in Rossio you can take the bus 9 to CampodeOurique and at the end you'll have the 28's electric stop, from there will take you about 40 minutes to Martim Moniz and on the way you'll see a lot from the old Lisboa, including a bit of Bairro Alto, Mouraria, and the Castelo de São Jorge area (if you have a one day ticket you can leave there and go to the "Castelo" - Great sightseeing place).

Just south...
