This is on the Yucatan Peninsular about 70klm from Cancun it has the best beaches here and the Main town of Puerto del carmen has excellent shopping . This area is also good for diving and there is plenty to see. Other attractions Include Chitzen Itza a Myan vilage complete with Pyramid though bit of warning take a good pair of trainers NO HIGH HEELS as there is a lot of walking and if you are affraid of heights dont cimb up the stairs of the Pyramid as the view comming down is steep lol. I stayed at the Riu Palace Mexicon In Playacar this is a top quailty hotel the food was excellent and sevice fantastic with 6 other resturaunts in the complex as well as 4 other riu hotels close by that you can use Overall My best Holiday

As below. My memories of Cancun 6 years ago aren't happy ones. I was on my honeymoon and caught a virus which meant I had the runs for 4 weeks and have suffered on and off since. Cx
