I've had just the one experience of Car Jet and it will be my last. Having spent ages navigating around their 'clunky' web-site I eventually found the car that I wanted at a reasonable price. I confirmed the booking, gave all the necessary details and awaited my confirmation. After going through all of their protracted process, I received an email 'declining' the booking due to lack of availability. Most other car-hire companies' web sites sort out the availability issue much sooner and not after you have given credit card details etc. This company is just an agent for lots of other hire companies and I get the impression that they make cheap offers to draw in the punters but will not honour their quotations if they can't then find a car to suit. With so many other, more efficient, companies in the market, why waste time with Car Jet?
