Everything fine with actually getting the car, using the car. However when we took the car back to Alicante airport, they had a look round and said that we owed them three hundred and twenty four euros because of damage to one side of the car. We refused to pay it because it was like that when we picked it up and having only used the car a few times during our 10 day stay, there was absolutely no way we were giving them money for something we hadn't done. Eventually they told us that they had decided not to charge us on this occasion, but for future reference if any damage is caused, they will charge direct to our card. How about for future reference we won't use Carjet!
