...something is Motorsport Sensation from Palmer Motorsport. Palmer Motorsport is based on purpose built tracks at the now disused Bedford Aerodrome just north of Milton Keynes. Primarily the haunt of corporate away days with exclusive use, individuals are also catered for on shared days. My own visit was on a corporate event but speaking to those who had been before the day does not vary for individuals. The day starts, bright and early, with breakfast. ...

I cannot express how utterly awful this company is. I booked my hire car through them over a month prior to arrival and when I arrived at the airport to collect the car, the agent said they'd cancelled the car. No-one at Argus had contacted me, leaving me and my elderly disabled mother stranded in France. Luckiliy, Europcar saved the day by coming to the rescue. I cannot recommend Europcar more. Disadvantages: No CD player in our car! They gave our home address to the guy we bumped into.

...would probably go back to Bespoke and Arnold Clarke to rent a car in Scotland again. Their service was efficient and friendly, their prices were reasonable, their cars were very nice and their deductible is the lowest we could find. Disadvantages: customer service dreadful and inaccessible

I had my first experience of easyrentacar.com a matter of weeks ago. The hiring process was remarkably straightforward. Painless online booking and so on. We picked the car up with no trouble, quick easy, and away we went. The return on the other hand was a little more complicated. We were held up in traffic (half an hour to do a five minute journey) and we pulled in at 1358 – the place closes at 1400. We were using the car clock, obviously set by ...
...waited. Another car pulled up. We waited some more. Another car pulled up. We waited a little more. A couple arrived to collect a car. At this stage everyone was not feeling best pleased, so we tried to call. Two mobile phones couldn’t even get through to their number – number not recognised. A third managed it.
