Bless them for trying but this hotel does not deliver

Advantages: central
Disadvantages: lazy impolite staff, uncomfortable beds, very noisy, bad breakfast, next to no parking

However the photos of the owner john malkovic looking pained and angst ridden which you see in the foyer are the best way to explain what your stay in this very noisey soulless hotel will be like, with staff who are totally uninterested and with only 20 or so parking spaces for its hundreds of rooms. Premier Inn Caerphilly - Ideal Hotel if on a budget

Advantages: Nice cheap hotel, very clean & comfortable
Disadvantages: none
