I must point out that the list of services available here were limited, this literally is a hotel that you stay in and don't get involved in any form of activity. Etap Hotel in Cardiff

Advantages: Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food and no hassle
Disadvantages: Similar hotels just seem to be slightly better

...is tremendous. The Etap was an 8/10 from the PTI's 9/10. The cost was great, I got a deal as I booked online and well in advance so it should really be a 5 star rating. Bless them for trying but this hotel does not deliver

Advantages: central
Disadvantages: lazy impolite staff, uncomfortable beds, very noisy, bad breakfast, next to no parking

However the photos of the owner john malkovic looking pained and angst ridden which you see in the foyer are the best way to explain what your stay in this very noisey soulless hotel will be like, with staff who are totally uninterested and with only 20 or so parking spaces for its hundreds of rooms.
