Hotel Caribbean Village Agadir 2011, lovely big clean complex 9 of 9 Ciao Users found the following review helpful

Advantages Clean resort, polite staff

Disadvantages very large resort takes a couple of days to work out where everything is.

Having just returned from a week long holiday in Caribbean Village Agadir, I would say this is a lovely site.

It is a large complex with 4 pools spread around the complex. The main pool is right by the bar which serves alcohol, two small pools are right next to each other. Another pool which is heated and shown in most of the photos with the tiered sun beds was suitable for people with small children. We stayed by the tiered pool and tipped the pool man 20 dirham (£1.50) for the week to save us a bed while we went to breakfast (trust me everyone does this).

The Entertainment is mainly centred round the large main pool, so make sure you head over there and speak to the Animation team to find out what is on as they will not come to the smaller pools to get you to join in, the mini golf is lovely.

The main reception has a bar with 3 pool tables which is nice in the evenings if it gets chilly.

The beach is nice and clean within easy reach, you also do not get alot of agro from people trying to sell you bits, you just need to say no Thank You. There is a Mcdonalds and pizza hut there for people missing home comforts. (these are to the right once you hit the beach).

The only downfall to this hotel was the all inclusive, Ice creams are not included although there is a small kiosk which sells lovely ice creams and paninis for just over a pound. Also we went with 3 small children and found the food hall rather annoying as you have to find your own table and then get drinks and then get food.
This complex is all about tipping (but not alot £1-£2), if you tip the waiter they will save you a table and get your drinks and bread for you, leaving you to go up and get your food. The food is OK but not for fussy eaters (although these are catered for with chips and spag bol every night), there is lots to choose from and lovely cakes and omelettes.

Welcome to Ciao. Fair enough review as far as it goes, but could use a lot more info - for example: what were the rooms like, and the food, who can you book through and what does it cost?
