...Premier Travel Inn is the UK's biggest hotel chain with over 470 great locations across the country,rooms start from just £47 pounds thats pernight and not per person , I stayed in the christchurch Premier travel inn which was only a 5 minute walk away from the christ church train station and a 5 minute ride on the train from bournemouth train station.
On arrival at the hotel just after 7 oclock I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcome which was greatly received and made me feel right at home straight away,check in only took five minutes in which breakfast was available as well as a newspaper ,as I stayed for two days breakfast and a neswpaper were ordered.
When I arrived at my room which was on the 3rd floor the first thing I did was plonk my suitcase down and visit the toilet,,after finding the lightswitch which was situated...

...Thie hotel has a lovely setting but that sadly is the only thing going for it. The food is average, tiny portions, the staff are unhelpful and cocky. The manager is related to the owner so deals with complaints in an off handed, arrogant manner. They are completely disorganised. WHen we attended a wedding there they lost room keys, forgot to set up the cake and favours before everyone arrived. The had promised a projector for the speeches which never materialised. The icing on the cake however was that they had given the best room, (none of the rooms are particularly great) which the bride and groom were booked into, away to another couple who were attending a wedding at Ragley Hall nearby. To try and make amends they said that they would book them into a travel lodge for their wedding night!!!!

...Now that I have your attention. I don't mean the kind that you lot are thinking of but come to mention it though? Hmmmmmmmmm........ No. Stop it at once Shirley!
I mean Sandy Balls Holiday Centre on the edge of the picturesque New Forest in Hampshire. It's like a small one off Center parcs. You can choose to stay in a ready tent, mobile home type place or lord it up in a lodge or superior lodge. The things is once you are there you get peace and quiet and relaxation. And yes it is geared up for families!
The most impressive thing for me about the place was the staff. They actually care! Quite a mean feat these days, me thinks. They are friendly, efficient and get on with their task as soon as asked. The second thing were the facilities. Two swimming pools, one in and one outdoors. Two toddler pools, a jacuzzi and a sauna too...
