I first found this restaurant when i was a student in Brighton and it is fantastic. It serves authentic Spanish Tapas from morning until night: There are a good range of dishes, most of which include garlic or spices. There is also plenty of choice for vegetarians and the salads are excellent. You need to order approximately 3 to 4 dishes per person but as they are only priced between £3 & £4 it doesn't add up too much. It is owned and run by a spanish family and their secret recipe for Sangria is lethal...they will even show you how to pour it down your nose and into your mouth if they are not too busy!
My advice is to get there early for luch or dinner if you have not booked as they are always packed out.
