All the 120 bedrooms are equipped with modern facilities whilst guests can enjoy dining in the Panoramic Restaurant which overlooks the Lower Lake and has magnificent views of the Magillicuddy Reeks, Irelands highest mountain range. Mulligans, a traditional Irish pub within the hotel, provides a convivial atmosphere for a drink or a snack and overlooks the golf course and Lower Lake and is a very popular evening venue with live entertainment most nights. The hotel also has a Leisure and Fitness Centre which features a 20 metre indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, Jacuzzi, steam room and saunas. There is also 2 treatment rooms. Advantages: Quality hotel, good service and food Disadvantages: Expensive
...I've been a regular visitor to Kilarney town for a number of years and was delighted to stay in this newly built hotel on the outskirts of town. The hotel is located next to the INEC concert venue and is within a 15 minute walk to the town. The exterior of the building is impressive with a slight ski chalet look. The interior is just as impressive with acres of wood and marble abound. Hotel staff were friendly and efficent throughout my stay. The bedrooms were tastfully decorated and extremely clean. My only gripe would be the absence of tea making facilities in the rooms which is what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. I ate in the bar once and thought the food was quite good and breakfasts were equally as good. My partner available of the numerous spa treatments available and graded them as "superb"....

Quaint Irish Hotel Review ofBest Western International Hotel, Killarneyby
Maria1256
Advantages: Central location, great food, National Park, Cathedral & Muckross House nearby. Spacious rooms. Nice Staff Disadvantages: Quaint & Traditional-Not modern. Food very Irish & traditional-no asian fusion cooking here
...This hotel is suitable for the traveller looking for an Irish hotel which does Irish style food and plays Irish music live in the bar. If you want a pint of the black stuff and bacon and cabbage then this is the place to go. If you want stark blank homogenous hotel chains then don't come here.
This place has charm and style. its great value for money and gives you an Irish taste. Well worth the trip.
While I was there I did a ring of Kerry tour which the hotel booked for me ad they picked me up at the door so it was hassle free. I also went to a show that night which I again booked through the hotel and it was only across the road in another hotel so again ideal. The staff helped me and pampered me in every way.
Bedrooms are gorgeous, black and cream and beige. Very classy and decadent. Hannigans restaurant is unusual...

Advantages: stunning location, large rooms Disadvantages: located outside town centre - best accessed by car
...We stayed here as part of our honeymoon in September 2005. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes drive from Killarney town centre and has an absolutely stunning location. The hotel overlooks the lake with lovely views of the mountains (including Macgillycuddy Reeks) and gap of Dunloe. You can go for peaceful walks in the grounds and walk right down to the lake. There is a tea house in the grounds.
Bedrooms:
We were upgraded from a golf view room to a lake view room - these are definitely worth the extra money if you want to enjoy the view. The rooms were really large and had balconies. However the decor is not the most up to date - decorated in rather old fashioned orange and gold. The bathroom is also huge - with a bath on one side of the room and toilet and shower on the other and two huge sinks. Lots of nice extras like dressing gowns...

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
