....
Piazza Cavour is a square in Rome, which is mostly residential and partially commercial. There are no real tourist attractions on Pizza Cavour, but it's possible that you might visit it for the annual book fair or pass through if you're doing a lot of walking in Rome. It's a useful route from the Vatican to the north eastern side of the city (Piazza del Popolo, Spanish Steps, Via del Corso etc).
Where is it?
It's located just off Via Crescenzo, which is a main street running from close to the Vatican Museum (Sistine Chapel) to Piazza Cavour. It's also just north of Via Triboniano which is the closest road running north from the bridge directly south of Piazza Cavour. If you're coming from the north of the city then you can reach by travelling south on the Via Lucrezio.
What's On It?
Well, not too much...

...Hi Ciaoer's!
Some of you know that I met and married an Itallian from Naples, and we lived there, the first 5yrs of our married life.
That was back in 1985.
In 1984 I was a nanny for a family that lived in Milan.(see my op on Milan) and I ended up in naples with the family of 4 children that I was looking after, whose mother in law was Countess Leonetti from Naples, whose villa we visited when her grandchildren were on their summer holidays to stay with her.(phew! that was rather long winded..!)
It is here,I fell in love -not only with my husband, Giuseppe, but naples itself.
The place and the neopolitan people are unique, which I will briely describe in a minute.. Anyway, having been there as a tourist, and as a resident I suppose I have the advantage of knowing first hand experience, both sides of the coin.
We still go back...

Advantages: Great City, lots to do Disadvantages: can be a bit dirty, very hot in summer
...I've spent the last two weeks working in Naples, so this is my guide to the city. I've included a few restaurants, where I had great meals. I've included some interesting places I visited too.
It is a dirty place, can be a bit smelly, it is noisy, the buildings and roads are in a state of disrepair, there is very bad crime, the drivers are…. Well let's be polite and say not too careful, that was the impression that I had of Naples before I visited, but what I found was that it is a vibrant, happening really interesting city, some fantastic architecture, lots of great restaurants, which I would encourage everyone to visit if they get the chance. Oh and the drivers are not too careful!
*** Safety ***
Some people have said that Naples is a very dangerous city, but in my experience of walking around the city day and night, you...
