Advantages: cheap, good food, nice staff Disadvantages: bit grotty
...cedarcourthotel is one of the only hotels in huddersfield. it is about half an hour out of the town centre, with really good access to the motorway. pretty close to brighouse, huddersfield and easy to get to leeds and along that way too.
it has wireless internet, reasonable prices with regards to rooms, pretty good food, especially the breakfast and is ideal for anyone on business trips.
the bar prices are expensive, but not compared to otherhotels, so its as you would expect really.
the rooms and lobby etc, can look a bit grotty sometimes, and the hotel does need refurbishing (it hasnt been done for years!) but if all you need is somewhere convenient with decent rooms and nice food, then its perfect!...
