WE ARRIVED ON 29TH JULY 2008 IT WAS VERY HOT AND THE TRANSFER DRIVER DIDNT SEEM TO NO WERE IT WAS EVENTUALLY WHEN WE ARRIVED WE HAD ASKED FOR A ROOM WITH A SEA VIEW BUT THERE WERE NONE AVAILABLE. THEY THEN OFFERED US A CHOICE OF 2 ROOMS ONE WITH A POOL VIEW ONE WITH A GARDEN VIEW ,BOTH WERE PRETTY TACKY AND BASIC ,WE DECIDED TO TAKE THE GARDEN VIEW AS IT WAS ON GROUND LEVEL . TO OUR HORROR WE REALIZED THERE WAS NO AIRCONDITIONING AND NO REAL BEDS BOTH MY WIFE MYSELF AND MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD TO SLEEP IN IN TH SAME ROOM ON WHAT I CAN ONLY DESCRIBE AS CAMP BEDS RUSTY AND QUITE OLD THE FLOOR HAD SOME KIND OF HESIAN CARPET ON IT THAT WAS QUITE BADLY STAINED WITH GOD KNOWS WHAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE MOST UNCOMFOTABLE ROOM IVE EVER SLEPT IN THEN I HAD TO RENT A FAN AGAIN IT WAS OLD AND TACKY THE BROCHURE SAID 5 MINUTES WALK TO THE OLD TOWN DOWN SOME STAIRS ! TRY 15 MINUTES WALK DOWN A REALLY STEEP HILL AND THE WORST SET OF STAIRS YOU CAN IMAGINE ,COMEING BACK AT NIGHT WAS A NIGHTMARE NO TAXIES AVAILABLE AFTER ABOUT 6,O CLOCK AT NIGHT SO YOU HAVE TO WALK BACK UP THE STAIRS AND THEN TACKLE THE HILL BASICALLY YOUR ABSOLUTELY KNACKERD BY THE TIME YOU REACH THE APARTMENT AFTER 3 DAYS WE HAD TO MOVE TO A HOTEL NEAR THE BEACH BECAUSE MY WIFE BECAME ILL WTH THE CLIMB AND THE HEAT .FOR ACCOMADATION NOT TO HAVE AIRCONDITIONING IN THAT HEAT IS REDICULOUS I PAID £1200 FOR THIS HOLIDAY THREW LOWCOST BEDS AND AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED I WAS TOTALLY FLEECED DO NOT BOOK TESE APARTMENTS YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED THIS IS AN HONEST ACCOUNT OF OUR HOLIDAY PLEASE TAKE HEED MOST OF THE HOLIDAY COMPANYS HAVENT CHECKED THE FACTS ALL THEY WANT IS A FAST BUCK , ALBUFEIRA IS A LOVELY PLACE BUT CERRO MALPIQUE IS A NO NO UNLESS YOU PRAPARED TO ACCEPT LOW STANDARDS.

Surely there must be something good to say about the company to make it a more balanced review. As it stands I think the review would be better expanded upon and placed in the buyer beware category as this really is the place to air our grumbles about a specific company or product.
