Advantages: Very cheap, great hotel, hot weather, everything Disadvantages: none come to mind
..., until you get burnt! The local town of Gumbet was really lively and a short Dolmus (their local bus service) ride to Bodrum was also well worth it. Bodrum hosts the largest open air nightclub in the world in the 'Helikanos'. Every week they have a top celebrity DJ (we were lucky enough to see champion boxer Nigel Benn DJ and also kick someone's arse). At £12 for transport there and back and entrance fee this was good value. Everywhere, we went it was 20 pence a pint of Effiz (the local Turkish lager which was very tasty) and in the most expensive bars 75 pence! Food was also very cheap (the best and biggest kebab in the world for a mere 80 pence! Well I could go on all day about how good the place is, but I'm hoping that you'll find out for yourselves and go!...

Advantages: excellent service Disadvantages: small plane on European scheduled flights
...Lauda Air is a small regional airline headquartered in Austria. Niki Lauda (who was Formula 1 world champion three times) founded this airline when he stopped driving F1, and until very recently he was CEO and active pilot of Lauda Air.
Lauda Air offer both scheduled flights and charter flights, mainly from and to Vienna, using Boeing 737, 767 and two large 777 (to Miami and Sydney), and for connections within Europe they operate a number of Canadair regional jets.
They do operate two daily flights from Manchester to Vienna (one in the morning at 09:00 hrs and one in the evening at 19:00 hrs) using a Canadair regional jet. From Vienna to Manchester they leave at 07:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs local time, the flight time is a little more than 2 hours.
This is the only direct flight from Manchester to Vienna, and I have been on that flight...

Advantages: Easy to get to, excellent food, friendly people and cheap beer! Disadvantages: None so far
...’t necessary to have a water carrier, just took the kettle over to the nearest tap.
The village of La Haye du Puits is about 1km away and a nice walk in the evening but also has free parking everywhere if you need to drive to lug the beers back. Shops for absolutely everything including telescopes? (in case you forgot to pack it). Very pretty and friendly. The Champion supermarket has everything, including camping gear and food is about the same price as the UK but tastes better. Must be the fresh air. They also sell camping gas and other useful things, live lobsters and crabs from a tank on the fish counter. Plastic garden chairs are a couple of quid, 35 litre coolboxes for 7 euros (£4.40) and a 2m gazebo for the same money.
In the bars, prices are about the same as the UK, but in the supermarket beer, wine and ‘cidre’ are cheap. 12 stubby...

The embalmed body of Eva Duarte de Peron rests here in the Duarte family tomb, and there is a handsome statue of Luis Angel Firpo, the world heavyweight boxing champion known as the "Bull of the Pampas”.

People-watching in Puerto Madero. An enormous project to revive this area, the city's old port, has resulted in one of Buenos Aires' most dynamic and modern neighbourhoods. Enjoy a walk along the river front board-walk and an evening at one of its many fine restaurants.
