Public areas are pleasant and well maintained. Our double room was large and comforable, but grandiose, dismal and shoddy with poorly maintained, scuffed paintwork, including entry door and bathroom. Reception staff are not very attentive. They offered us no help as we struggled in from the rain and offered no help to get to the room. They asked us to leave twice, then apologised (twice) - oops, wrong key number Better run, this hotel could be an experience worth the money.
