CHEERS Bar is situated on Son Corp 20 in Cala Millor (a few hundred yards up from Burger King).
We discovered CHEERS in 1999 as it was the location of our holiday welcome meeting. We were impressed with what we saw and decided to return later that day for a meal and have never looked back since!
We were immediately impressed with the large and varied menu, good prices (roughly btn €6-€10 for a main course), friendly waiting staff and delicious freshly prepared home cooked meals courtesy of Kev Holmes (the owner) - there's no frozen rubbish here of that I can assure you!
The quality of the food & friendly atmosphere has never dwindled in the years we have returned to CHEERS (2002, 2004 & 2005) and I can say hand on heart that we have NEVER had a bad meal there! Others must agree as it has a HUGE following of repeat tourists and locals use it too! It does cater for more British tastes but the menu is varied and there is something for everyone - that goes for the extensive range of bar drinks too.
You can choose to eat outside or inside (air conditioning for all indoor tables) - we prefer outside and have a favourite table we like to sit at.
There's no chance of the kids getting bored - there's a PS2 and kids cinema and there's plenty of stuff to entertain Mum & Dad too:
Karaoke Bingo Quiz Night Who wants to be a Millionaire Play Your Cards Right Open the Box Pop Stars Pool competitions & lots more
On top of that - all top sporting events are shown live on 2 46" TV's (one inside and one outside),AND there's FREE internet access for customers so you can check your emails or surf the web!
There are 2 highchairs and a pick'n'mix menu for kids so even fussy eaters are catered for.
I think Kev's thought of everything at CHEERS and I think that's why it's such a great success - it's why we go back year after year for sure and why probably 2/3 of our meals are eaten there!
Looking forward to our next return visit in 2006!

I'm forever in Mallorca, so always on the lookout for places to eat and things to see. Really good review, I'll remember to check it out if I ever venture into that region.

Menu is extensive and caters in the main for British tastes as opposed to local. Prices vary but average btn €6 & €10 per main course - and they are decent sized portions - you don't go home hungry! HUGE selection of drinks available at the bar - bottled and draght beers and lagers galore!
