Advantages: good interest, easy to use Disadvantages: none
I was looking to set up some kind of savings account and having been a Cheltenham & Gloucester customer for years, and been happy with their service I decided to opt for the C&G Direct 30.
The C&G Direct 30 is one of the C&G's long distance accounts which you access by mail, this kind of account encourages you to save as you have to give the C&G 30 days notice in order to withdraw any money, which is great for people who find it hard to save. You also need to invest a minimum of £100.00 to open the account.

So you want to know about Gloucester? Well there?s not much to say really. Its an average city - shops, pubs, clubs, cinema etc. I have lived in Gloucester all my life and its not as great as people think.

There is even an airport at Staverton (15 minutes away by car) but that generally caters for people who want flying lessons and who own a little 2/4 seater planes.
The main tourist attraction is the cathedral ...
Advantages: Position in the Zurich Premiership Disadvantages: Shaky Form
So that was it, at kick off time last Saturday the task for both teams was clear, Munster had to score 4 tries and win by 27 points, and Gloucester had to stop them, in order for each team to stand a chance of going through to the next round of the Heineken Cup. Seems clear enough, but did the teams understand this? Munster it seems, yes, but oddly, looking at Gloucester's performance, for them you would have to say no. So what went wrong?
Somewhere the blame has to fall. Either the coach, Nigel Melville did not make it clear to the players exactly what needed to be done, or the players, themselves, chiefly Phil Vickery (the captain), or Ludovic Mercier (the kicker), did not put the game plan into action.
Gloucester were top of the group, in pole position, and looked set to go through to the next round, so much so that they could ...
