Advantages: Good Quality Food, Good Atmosphere, Friendly Staff Disadvantages: Limited Menu options
I was introduced to ChezJules about 18 months ago by a friend who swore it was the best restaurant in town, and I have to agree with him.
Its situated on Ethel Street, Birmingham which is off the pedestrian area of New Street, near to the station. (Its the road with the large Pizza Hut on the corner).

About the book ...
Advantages: Central for shops and offices. Great food at reasonable prices. Disadvantages: Access to the first floor may be restricted.

The menu was updated daily, and specials were displayed on chalkboards hung on the walls. All of the staff were French, or at least put on a good accent! It was the graffiti on the ceiling of the restaurant that gave the place some character.
