I have visited both the China Buffet King in Sauchiehall Street and in West Nile Street on many occassions. I am an Irish person who now lives in Glasgow and have been so impressed with the variety of food available and the value for money that I always take friends and relatives when they come to visit,. Anyone who enjoys Chinese food should try these restaurants as most dishs from a Chinese menu are available. A number of starters are available including soup,ribs, battered mushrooms and spring rolls. Main courses include chicken cuury, beef in spicy sauce, beef in blackbean sauce, lemon chicken, duck, pork, chicken satay and many others. Side orders include chips, two varieties of rice and noodles, onion rings and prawn crackers. Desserts include chocolate gateau, cheese cake, fruit and ice cream. There is also a wide variey of salad, cold meats and vegitarian dishes available. You can return to the buffet as many times as you want and take a new plate. Prices range from £5.80 until appromimately 5pm, then rise to £6.80 until appromimatey 7.30 pm, after this the price is £7.99. There is a set price for Sundays, which is £6.99. I would advise against going on a Saturday night as it is always very busy and the price is £9.99. The price you pay may also be reflected in what is on offer as I have been both day and night and found that there is more selection at night. However I have never left feeling unsatisfied and definitely not hungry
