Chiquitos in Leicester Square is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have ever been to. It has recently been refurbished and is now even better than before! I've been at least 20 times. The atmosphere is superb, there is a lively bar (especially on a Friday night) and the food is delicious. It has a wide variety so it caters for everyones taste. The only downfall is that it can be pretty pricey, but then it is in Leicester Square so you should expect this. This restaurant would be suitable for everyone, but it can get very lively so might suit younger people rather than older. I reccomend that you should go and try it, I'm sure you'll feel the same as me!
