Advantages: Not crowded Disadvantages: Sparce animal sightings
...If you are into Safaris, and don't like crowded places. Then you should go to ChobeNationalPark in Botswana. Like all NationalParks in Africa Chobe has vast variety of Wildlife.
However because the game park has such a vast area, the wildlife is very hard to spot. You have to travel for great distances to see a few of the animals, but the game rangers are very patient and polite! The weather there is lovely. Very sunny but often you get hard terrential rain which only last for short period of time. The game park is not a very popular tourist destination it seems as there are rarely many visitors there which means the place does not get crowded.
Whenever you go to Botswana be sure to visit ChobeNationalpark it is a great place and it is very close to Victoria Falls so that could be your next destination afterwards!...

Advantages: Amazing scenery, almost no tourists Disadvantages: we did not see all the animals we wanted to see....
...ChobeNationalpark was my first destination in Africa and also the first Safari I had ever done. The whole trip was about four years ago, but I have to say it still is one of the best memories of my life. The Park is very close to Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, so if you are staying there it is easy to just cross the border and go to Botswana. The drive to the Park is quite but not that exciting. Watch out if you are going by yourself, because the Kasungula Border closes at around 6 pm and you just may end up stuck in Botswana. That is what happened to me anyway.
We stayed with a lovely Botswanian family, who were the most hostpitable people ever. They had a camp just outside the park and also operated the tours into the park. unfortunately I have forgotten their name, so I cannot reckommend people there.
The park is fabulous...

...New Zealand's highest mountain is a set of three icy peaks, the highest being 3754m above sea level, dominant in the tussocky McKenzie Country in the South Island.
Mount Cook is the central point of the Aoraki Mount Cook NationalPark and it's also prominent in the Southern Alps, grand to view when you drive along the Tekapo to Twizel long straight roads, or alongside the hydro canal which takes water to the Upper Waitaki district network of lakes, canals, rivers and hydro dams.
Whether you fly over this natural wonderland in fixed wing or helicopter aircraft, or view it from a tour bus window, your own vehicle or a hired automobile you will never drive the length of the huge valley without stopping in awe and wonder.
You leave the main highway near Pukaki Dam, it is clearly signposted and once you drive alongside Lake...
