Christmas Spectacular

Advantages: If they all came true, I wouldn't have to wish anymore

Advantages: Great Bargins, Most speak English, Spectacular views
Disadvantages: Rude people on the streets!!!

...from standard bus to limousine services. As our transport was part of a package, we checked in with our rep and then proceeded to the Hotelink Transport desk. After waiting 15 minutes, we departed on a coach. The Hotelink coach was very roomy. Seats have been removed every other room giving loads of leg room and large comfy seats. The height of the bus also gave great views as we drove to Hong Kong Island. We arrived at sunset, therefore as we drove to our hotel, we got our first taste of Hong Kong lights! It was amazing to see! It was Christmas time and the Hong Kong skyline at Christmas is spectacular! While in Singapore, we had seen on tv the HK skyline and I felt like a little kid as we passed the light show! Skyscrapers covered in Christmas light displays to amazing proportions! Advantages: A wealth of things to do and see and spend your cash on
Disadvantages: It can be seedy

...is separate. The buffet was huge (and is very popular in Vegas) - seafood, American, Italian, Mexican and Asian, along with a superb selection of deserts to tantalise any taste bud! And the best thing about it - it's all you can eat! Vegas is renowned for its spectacular shows and the show at the Belliago is believed to be one of the best in town. Prices are not cheap expect tickets to start at around $120 dollars and if you really want to see this show pre booking is not a bad idea - it was totally sold out when we were there - and December isn't peak season! The show on at the moment is the Cirque du Soleil's O - a water based spectacular. The Christmas decorations were fabulous in the Belliago - with dancing water fountains at the foot of a massive tree, the Coca Cola Penguins and Polar Bears which moved and all this with softly piped... Advantages: Good selection of shops - easy to get to
Disadvantages: Weekends are mobbed, cyclists, skateboarders

...and cheerful and does not have anything out of the ordinary to recommend itself. There is a large area where displays take place at various times such as Book Sales or adverts being filmed. This is where a spectacular Christmas display and Santa’s grotto can be found during December. The centre is clean and all toilet facilities are of a high standard. I would certainly recommend a visit here but as I said at the beginning the weekend is a no-no visit.... Read review
