This natural park is in the area called Aveyron in the south of France about 12k from Millau along the d110.

This is a natural site known for its rock formations its fauna and flora. It is a spectacular sight of grey coloured black causse rock that has been shaped by the wind, the rain and time to make the most amazing shapes. The whole of this area of France is very rocky. This small spectacular, site Montpellier le vieux was discovered and developed in the late 1800?s early 1900?s into the site we found.
We found this site by following a map we had it was not really very easy to find there were few signs along the road and we did find one leading to a narrow road which went quite a long way before we reached parking for Montpellier le vieux.

Advantages: Quick and simple to make Disadvantages: Not so frothy
I don't drink a lot of coffee, I am more for tea but I like the occasional latte when in town or on holiday. I find normal coffee and cappuccino to be too strong for me. While I was in the tea and coffee isle I noticed that Nescafe had a good range of instant continental coffee's. I decided that it would make a nice change to have something available for the odd moment when I fancy a cup or for the occasional visitor.
The Package.
It is a bit larger than say a box of 80 tea bags. Predominantly blue with the Nescafe logo on the left side and the name Latte in white on red square at top. There is a picture of a milky coffee almost spilling out of a mug. Now even more milkier new mug size is displayed on the froth. It has 8 servings. Advantages: Instant , quick , sachets handbag or pocket size , only needs water Disadvantages: Bland , not very frothy , mild coffee flavour bordering on tasteless
Among all the instant drinks I have been buying and trying this month , I have another one to add . The latest purchase is Nescafe Latte .
I bought a box of 8 sachets for £1.00 on special at Asda . The violet box had a win 365 days of fashion competition on it . This closes on the 30th June 2007 , but I probably won't bother with it . It also states on the box the sachets make a "light , deliciously frothy , milky coffee" . Well they do make a light coffee , in a way , but I'm not particularly impressed .
Each sachet has 22g dry contents . On the downside of the ingedients the drink contains hydrogenated vegetable oil ( a bad fat - Trans Fatty Acids ) , a fair few E numbers , salt and sugar .
You empty a sachet into your mug and add 200ml of hot , not boiling , water , stirring all the time . I like my ...
