Tromsų is known as the gateway to the Arctic and is a starting point for many expeditions to the North Pole. It is also called the Paris of the North. It is the 7th largest city by population in Norway and most of it is located on a small island connected to the mainland by Tromsų bridge and also a tunnel under the sea. Food and fishing production is a large employer and Tromsų is lucky to have a good climate because of the Gulf stream and although they have snowy winters it is warmer than other places at the same latitude.

A Heavy Nite With... is the one and only album by Relaxed Muscle who formed in 2002, gigged in 2003 and sort of disappeared after the release of A Heavy Nite With.. towards the end of 2003.
Often passed off as a bit of fun as many side-projects are I feel that this album is very under-rated, the lyrical content, grimey feel and quality music ensures that this electro album is up there with the best of them.
Relaxed Muscle consist of Jarvis Cocker (need I say Pulp?) and Jason Buckle (All Seing I, Fat Truckers & a cameo role in Harry Potter), they used the pseudonyms Darren Spooner and Wayne Marsden and billed themselves as "The Sound of Young Doncaster" and claimed to have met whilst planting flowers, doing community service for burglary. I started to watch ITV lunch time show Loose Women just over a year ago. At the time, I was unaware of who any of the panellists were. Though now I know quite a bit about these fantastic women, one of which is the lovely Jane McDonald. Jane is a singer, and has had various albums released. The one I own is called 'The Collection'.
The CD cover itself has a picture of Jane her self, dressed in a trendy denim jacket, her smile stretched broadly across her face. The colours behind her are beautiful; a shining shade of deep purple with a hint from silver stars. It's very attractive, definitely one to draw the attention in.
The Collection has nineteen tracks on it, each listed on the back of the CD case. I scanned over them briefly before listening, finding that I had heard of some of the tracks before. Though I was curious to discover ...
