Clarion Collection Neptun Hotel belongs in the top-class and is situated in the area around Kongens Nytorv, where several other first class hotels reside. It is a newly renovated hotel, and was completely refurbished in 2001. The rooms are decorated in a baroque style. The hotel has an international atmosphere, a service minded staff, and is known for it\\\'s good reputation. The hotel enjoys one of the nicest locations in Copenhagen, neighbouring the Royal Palace Amalieborg, the Little Mermaid, the Nyhavn Harbour Area and the Royal Theatre. It is one of Copenhagen\\\'s finest areas.
Advantages: A pleasant place to stay whilst visiting the beautiful Disadvantages: Cost
...I was so excited about going to Copenhagen that I never really gave much thought to the hotel because that's my dad's department! He sorts out all our flights and accommodation when we go on holiday (and he always does a good job too!) So when he said we were going to stay in a Marriott hotel, I just trusted his judgement and focused all my excitement on what we were going to do once we got to Copenhagen.
The Copenhagen Marriott (has 5 stars)
********************************************
The hotel has 11 floors and over 300 rooms. (I think we were on the 3rd floor - not that it would matter as there are lifts!) It also has a number of suites. (Unfortunately we just stayed in a standard room with 2 double beds. But it was nice all the same!) It is situated on the riverfront (and we were lucky enough to have a water facing view...

Advantages: comfortable, luxarious good value for money Disadvantages: no other resturants near by
...We stayed in this hotel in May 2007. The overall experience was fantastic.
The building, the room, the staffs and the service, everything was superb, as expected from the brand name.
The hotel is adjacent to the main airport and connected to the airport. You do not need to step outside the airport to get into the hotel. Just follow the directions from the main arrival terminal and walk into the main lobby.
It is a big multi storied building. The main lobby, breakfast area, lifts and corridors are or paneled with Scandinavian wood work. From one side, you can get a fantastic view of the bridge connecting Copenhagen to Sweden.
We booked a double room and it was marvelous. The room was specious and well decorated in contemporary style. It was well equipped with lots of storage, ironing board, working desk, wi-fi connection, LCD...

Advantages: 4 star luxary, excellent breakfest, cheap deals if booked early Disadvantages: smallish sized room
...So here we are traveling the globe and the Scandinavian is without doubt the most expensive for hostels and we were really struggling to find a hostel in central Copenhagen until my girlfriend stumbled upon this excellent hotel which worked out to be only a couple of pounds more expensive then the hostels in the area - but this one has of course a four star luxury status!
The hotel is within easy walking distance of the city centre and of course a local metro stop which connects directly to the local airport. We made the short journey and located the street that the hostel was on easily. The hotel stood out on this quiet street as we arrived at 9pm and there was no one walking the streets and only one building as lit up - this was the phoenix.
The hotel entrance is grand with a water feature in the middle of reception and its have...

When we booked our holiday to a cabin Norway I made a fundamental error and miscalculated the time it would take to get from Oslo Gardemeon airport to the fjord area of Norway. With a distance of 293km (182 miles) I thought that we could easily cover the more
