...Delhi is the capital city of India, and is such a bustling modern metropolis. The city is not really made for sightseeing but more for shopping and enjoying. The best, and most famous shopping district is the Connought circle which is located in the centre of the city. There are many modern internationalhotels, with the Meridian boasting one of the cities premier night-clubs. For those more adventurous, the best place to stay is the Imperial hotel which is the same today as it was when it was the premier hotel in colonial India. All together, Delhi makes a nice modern change for those who are travelling around historic India....

Advantages: Central Located, great facilities, stunning decor Disadvantages: Staff are not as polite as I expected them to be
...Off all the hotels I have stayed at in New Delhi and having visted Delhi regularly, I have stayed at many !, I would rate the Le Meridien as one of my favourites for both location and facilities.
The rooms are stunning and the front entrance is beautiful. The food is worth trying, but not every day as the food on the street is far better if you can stomach it !!
In terms of price it is very affordable given the fact that it is central Delhi.
However, a word of caution, albeit a personal experience and not one in general, the staff I did not find very courteous and to the standard I expected of a 5 star hotel.
Having said that though, they were not rude in any shape or form, just not as good as other hotels in the area.
In summary, I class 5 star hotel for the price....

...Had a great experience at the hotel. I got a health center to take care of my fitness. The massage at the end of the day was extremely releiving and food at the hotel was very nice. I savioured the food at chutney and sakura. It was my business cum pleasure trip and i was extremely delighted to have chosen the Nikko hoteldelhi. The staff is very courtious and takes great care of the guests. The hotel is very calm . The best part is hotel is completely wi fi enabled. I recommend this hotel to any visitor to new delhi. i am urely going to stay there again. The craft house shop at the hotel has some very beautiful and high quality products and all these products are very reasonably priced....

Almost all of us eat lots of Junk food. We don't have time to prepare food and we end up with take aways, ready made meals to fill our stomach. But we have never thought how much we are disturbing our digestive system by eating all these. This book help... more
