Food Fit For A KIng At The Shimla Palace

Advantages: Brilliant food, good service
Disadvantages: Desserts not brilliant

I decided to visit the Shimla Palace in Cowdenbeath after hearing a colleague rave about it and it has since become one of my favourite places for a relaxed place to eat out. It is an Indian buffet restaurant which offers meals for a fixed price ranging from £4.99 at lunchtime to £9.95 at the weekend. On arriving at the restaurant I was not impressed by the exterior. I parked in the small rectangular car park and, avoiding the huge potholes, made my way to the shabby looking whitewashed building which looked far from palatial. We made our way inside, and a smartly dressed waiter took us to a table and took our drinks orders. While waiting for our drinks to arrive. A Palace Fit For A King!

Advantages: Good Value For Money, Educational
Disadvantages: Very Little Shade

Think of the great Historical races that have shaped and influenced the world that we live in today and you will probably think about the Egyptians, the Aztecs and the Incas. Think a little harder and you may also think of others like the Phoenicians and the Minoans. iPod Classic truthful review

Advantages: Easy navigation, clear large screen, huge capacity, great looking, excellent value for money
Disadvantages: iTunes a little annoying, dodgy earphones

**UPDATE** After having this iPod for 18 months now, I thought I'd update my review as parts of it are no longer true. This review was updated 22.07.09 :-) ** UPDATE** I'll have owned my iPod Classic for two years when December comes, so at the end of this review I'll give you an update on how it's running almost 24 months after it was first purchased. I was hesitant about buying an iPod as my first, an iPod mini a few years ago, broke and never mended itself as soon as I bought it. It was sent back and I've been using other (decent) players since.
