Advantages: Clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Disadvantages: Not for people who want lots of nightclubs.
...the beach where you can use the internet for a small charge [very cheap]. My daughter used this facility 5 or 6 times while we sat on the terrace with our drinks. It kept her in touch with her friends at home & the rest of the time she was happy to "chill out" with us.
We went a couple of times into Corfu town which is well worth visiting, especially the forts & the old town with it's hundreds of little shops. Also lots of places to eat in the town.
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday, very relaxing, & I would definitely recommend St George South & the Andrianas apartments. We went with Thomsons.
At the end of our stay Andriana gave us a card she'd made, decorated with pebbles & shells from the beach!...

...Stamford is within easy reach of the A1, just north of Peterborough, and south of Lincoln. It is renowned as an Historical Town, with small winding streets and a small town centre in the middle, which believe it or not has plenty of well known shops like WHSmith, Woolies to name but a few. Fridays is market day where the town is a mist of hustle and bustle. Apart from the town centre there are many historical places to visit e.g. "The George Hotel", "Stamford Museum (free entry)". Accommodation in Stamford is plentiful - from hotels to guest houses and lastly the b&bs. If you fancy a drink in Stamford the only problem you will have is deciding which pub to choose! Once dark sets...
