For a lavishing treat, try having afternoon tea in Tiffin,Raffles Hotel. The Tiffin serve decent afternoon tea buffet at around $30 per head. Roughly 16 pounds equivalent. Try the Mango mousse, it's so delicious that no words can describe it. There is a wide seletion of exotic fruits: i.e. Dragon fruit and Rose apple. Also there is a small selection of Thai dessert and cheese cake and tarts . The Pandan chicken is also worth a try. Look for the green leaf prism. The chicken is steamed with the pandan wrapping, so the chicken soaked up all its flavour. There is also a wide range of Chinese dim sum and some finger snadwiches and canapes. Also try the sweet dessert soups which normally have egg yolk , chestnut and sago. The decor in the restaurant will make you think you'll in the colonial era. Singapore Sling is also served within the restaurant.
