...with the Gothic cathedral nearly split the city.
I’m all with the decision to build something which represents our century instead of finding some historicising pseudo-gothic solution. The Stadthaus is simply wonderful, it houses the tourist information centre, a cafè and several rooms for meetings and/or exhibitions.
Ah, there you are with wobbly knees and pounding hearts! I think we should eat something, not only to calm down your stomach. Let’s go to the Fishermen’s Quarter at the Danube. There are some half-timbered houses from the 15th/16th century turned into restaurants or hotels.
On the way let’s pop into the Town Hall which was built in 1370 and look at the reproduction of the Taylor of Ulm’s flying machine hanging in the staircase. In 1811 Berblinger, a tailor, wanted to prove that he could fly like...

Advantages: Cheap, lovely helpful staff, good free breakfast, easy tram access Disadvantages: None that I could see, unless you're a pampered princess
...a spring mattress - so so soft and comforable!), a desk and chair, an armchair, tea/coffee making facilities, and a television. There were probably some spare blankets and laundry facilities too but we didn't look for or use those. The bathroom was small - just a sink, toilet, small storage space, and a shower with a curtain around it - but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. Somebody fussy might complain about the size of the bathroom, or lack of a bath and shower tub, but how many people luxuriate in a hotel bathtub anyway? Advantages: Spectacular location, a variety of bars and restaurants close by Disadvantages: no sandy beach
...An excellent hotel in Puerto Santiago on the west side of the island, away from the busy resorts, but close enough to all facilities. Transfer from the Airport was about 45 mins by taxi.
The hotel is at the bottom of a hill but there are bars, restaurants and a few shops across the road from the hotel.
A free hotel bus was available and took you to the beach and Los gigantes (about 5 min drive) which is well worth a visit. It is busier with a good marina and more shops, and a variety of boat trips go from there.
Most rooms have spectacular sea views and were clean and tidy. The room was a very comforable size for 2 adults, and had a fridge, satelite tv, telephone and balcony. I saw dolphins swimmimg by from the balcony one day.
Choice of food at breakfast and evening was fantastic, all buffet style, hot and cold. Breakfast...

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
