Advantages: Impeccable service Disadvantages: Entrance shared with a Cinema
...the stars it gets.
The reception was smart. The staff Smarter and very friendly.
Escorted to your Room, you do not have to carry your own luggage in a Hotel like this.
The rooms very spacious and comfatable, excellent bathrooms. The Beds were very comfortable.
My wife feels the star of this Hotel is the Breakfast Room. A very welcoming breakfast room, Sunny (when we stayed) superbly presented Buffet Breakfast. All you could desire. Very smartly dressed staff attentive without being overpowering. All of the staff were a credit to their Hotel.
You are not in the Centre of Milan but there is a Metro stop very close to the Hotel which soon has you to the Cathedral. we found this metro system very Safe and efficient. Platform displays informing you of the next train, to the second.
Milan Cathedral is a must visit, it is truly Beautiful. Access...

Advantages: Next to subway, In a great shopping street Disadvantages: Not english breakfast
...For those accustomed to traveling to Milan, you will know the importance of finding a location that is central, easy to get to, and close to the underground subway system. On my last trip to Milan I chose this hotel and I have to admit it satisfied all 3 criteria.

You will have to hop onto the green line to 'Loreto' to switch to the red line. You...

When we first moved there we had to stay in a kind of hotel/bording house called the "Prince Pesse Catilda" translated into english as the "Building of Shit" my bed was a broken bit of drifwood that pulled/collapsed off the wall and the bathroom was more like a sunked ship.
Anyway after living/surviving there for six weeks we moved into a luxery appartment allong Vialle Montello right next to Parko Sempioni. Parko Sempioni was an oasis in Milan, full of happy children and ducks!(although after a resent visit last year where i almost got mugged i have now changed my mind!!) In the park was the main Arena where the apparently used to hold great sea battles, yeah SEA battles. They used to floor the Arena and reinact...

For some reason, I booked a week's holiday to Brussels. On my own. It should be stated straight away that I didn't have a great holiday, but I'll try not to let that influence my views of the hotel itself.
