Advantages: Near to Macy's and Empire State Building
Disadvantages: No good views of NY from rooms

Yes, 2 hours after arriving in New York while we were happily shopping away at a great Macy's sell all the lights in NY went out!!!! Fortunately, we were staying at a hotel that really looked after their clients! The service during this difficult 2 days was above and beyond the call of duty.
