But I do not support this decision. Well, before I write something about Paris I tell you how you can travel to Paris in the best way.
The best way to reach Paris is to go with an aeroplane or with the bus on account of the price (if you do not choose the first class to travel). Nevertheless, the comfort is not the best. With the car is too complicated, because it is too long and your car can be destroyed in Paris or it can be stolen.
When you arrive the capital of France I propose you the street “rue des petites hotels”, on account of the many economic hotels with one or two stars. These hotels are not luxurious and their building is not the best, but they surprisingly...

Another must is Sacre Couer (sacred heart) at Montmartre; A deceiving church as it was only built at the beginning of the 20th century and is actually made of concrete. Another splendid view across Paris and midnight mass is magical. This is the only church I know that has a glass confessional box, so all the world can watch as you repent!
Other highlights are the Champs Elysees for seriously chic shopping, La Defense for the buisness minded, Napoleon's tomb for a bit of pomp and Bastille for the new opera house, groovy shops and the millenium clock.
For art and culture, top of the list are the Louvre and the Pompidou Centre, but if you want to discover up and coming artists then I suggest the back streets of Bastille, there are some great venues there.
For nights out, I suggest the Rex club in the 2...

...I went to Paris a couple of years ago and can highly recommend it. We went for a long weekend travelling by Euro. The journey was quick and comfortable. Paris is a fantastic place to visit, with trips to all the 'tourist' spots a must such as the Eiffel Tower, A list, however, is essential as there is so much to see, usually with so little time! It is easy to navigate around Paris, the Metro is easy to understand and use and it is also cheap. We even managed to fit in a trip to Disneyland, travelling via the Metro. If it is planned well, Paris is an excellent choice for a long weekend....
