Advantages: Attendance, atmosphere, staff, facilities, friendliness. Disadvantages: The localization.
- Very good and clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Personalized attendance.
The owners are from Northern Italy and the name comes from the famous Venetian palace.
- It's trying to maintain its original European atmosphere but in some instances has
submitted to more modern aspects.
- Excellent restaurant, International cooking and Italian specialities. One of the best,
if not the best, is the Bollito Misto accompanied by Mostarda di Cremona. This a delicious variety of boiled meats carved and served at the table, plus vegetables and the Cremona Mustard (which has almost nothing related to our common mustard) a hot condiment/dressing.
- The installations and facilities make it such that one can spend quite a few days there without needing to go out.
- I don't quite appreciate its location, near downtown, not very advisable ...

Me and 3 friends visited Tenerife and stayed in Oro Blanco in July '06. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for the week. All the staff had very good English and helped us whenever and wherever they could.

In addition, food and drink is also top quality at the accomodation, something we benefited from being a self-catering holiday. ...

The "City-Of-Golden-Friendship" and it is. People were so polite and nice. I stayed in a few hotels while I was there.
First time was the LeMarr Inn. I would recommend it for one night, but that is all. It's decor is old and you have to climb a mountain staircase to get to the reception as it is housed on the second floor. I would however recommend the Willshire Inn, I stayed there for 3 weeks at a bargain rate of about $12/night.
Cagayan has a few nice modern malls, but in comparison the rich are getting richer shopping in these places while the poor are getting poorer.
Cagayan De Oro lacks tourist infrastructure, it isn't a tourist resort and as such anything of interest can be seen during a day trip. I strongly suggest visiting the nearby island of Camiguin. It isn't Borocay but it is nice and undeveloped with very ...
