...flower and crustacean oil'. The dessert menu is absolute divine, and prices start from around £8.
The wine list is almost preposterously comprehensive, extending over twenty-four pages. Two sommeliers travel the globe, apparently, to secure the best possible wines to complement Musarra's menu, and the resultant list includes some particularly eclectic (and expensive) wines, as well as a handful of Magnums, presumably for those 'Charlize Theron' moments… Notable inclusions are the 2002 Domaine de la Romanée-Conti Grands Echezeaux- grand cru, priced at $1250 (£520) and a Spanish wine, the 2001 Alvaro Palacios 'L'Ermita', at $1295 (£540). Interestingly, there are also a number of Penfolds Grange wines listed. Finally, at the more modest end of the spectrum, there's the 2004 Wolf Blass Gold Label Chardonnay priced at just $45 (£18...

Advantages: Large Rooms with Big Showers, Fantastic spa, Plenty of space around the Complex Disadvantages: Poor Restuarant Service
...the towel hut. We unfortunately got in the 'missing towel chain', as someone stole our towel off the lounger, we told Osama the pool guy and he said in not so many words….it happens just take someone elses! We did…so, sorry if it was you, but it's a chain and I'm afraid we weren't going to pay £8 for a missing towel!! If you position yourself in the middle of the pool areas, it's a long walk to a toilet, a bit of bad...

The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, as you walk over the little private bridge and enter into the hotel lobby, you're struck by just how beautiful this little hotel is. Checking in is very easy and the staff are friendly and speak fluent English. You are also given a map of Venice on arrival and the receptionist will circle all the main points of interest...
