...I would say The Dassia Chandris caters more for the children. We stayed in the Corfu Chandris it also as apartments and bungalows set in well manicured grounds, the other hotel is the Dassia Chandris both set on the beach and views are beautiful!! The weather was glorious apart from one day rain. Bedrooms were large and airy with lovely 6ft size bed,tv,lounge area, mini-fridge(though drinks were expensive from here and the bar). I would suggest that if you need a quick dash to somewhere hot then you could do far worse than Marbella Hotel Corfu. Marbella proudly displays five stars at the end of the drive way, and whilst the rooms and facilities are good I would suggest five stars is a little generous. It is really the rooms which let the place down as they are similar in feel to a good Travel Lodge albeit with air conditioning. We opted for half board which seemed to work ...
...tastes - it's buffet style so a large serving area displays the dishes, and guests help themselves to whatever they want. There are lots to choose from, and I'm pleased to say that all of it is good. If you worry about noise at night from clubs / drunk folk having a laugh, then you don't need to worry about it here as the place is very tranquil at night, the hotel is a complex more or less by itself - the nearest town is Benitses which is around ... ...and i stayed at the clio appartments in june 2004. we were here for two weeks. the location of this hotel is excellent. its really close to the local shops and restaurants and a really short walk to the beach and 'strip' where all the bars and restuarants and 'tourist' shops are. we really enjoyed our time at clio and loved sidari. the hotel itself is really small and down a small dirt track. the rooms were a really nice size and very clean. the ...

...rendus 5 jours à la Villa de Loulia. (900€ en BB !! très cher pour la Grèce) Nous occupions la chambre "Persephon", petite chambre obscure éclairée seulement par une petite fenêtre. Après deux jours, vous avez l'impression de dormir dans une cave. Pas d'air conditionné, pas de tv satellite (uniquement des postes grecs), pas moyen de fixer les volets (ils claquent toute la nuit), obligation de tenir la douche en main pour ne pas recevoir le jet dans ...
...!! Les planchers sont en vieux bois et les bruits de pas dans la suite supérieure sont assourdissants.
