"The Bay Tree Guest House in Truro is excellent in every way. It is five minutes from the railway station, and five minutes walk to the centre of town. Bay Tree is owned and run by Mrs Ann Renninson Talbot whose motto is "Arrive as a guest, leave as a friend" We found this to be so true.
