Yes really, this is what a Cosmos Rep said to me - "tell your mate to shut up and sunbathe!"
I booked a holiday through Cosmos to Hersonissos in Crete. 6 of us girls went (all around 22 years old) an our main holuiday destinaton was Malia but we decided to stay in Hersonissos as we thought we would get a nicer, more upgraded apartment than in the Malia strip.
We got our own transfers to and from the airport and we wern't really interested in excursions or anything - the only reason we went through Cosmos was for our apartments (which turned out to be a complete dive - please see my review on "Adams apartments - Hersonissos".)
We had so many troubles at our apartments with the manager, he hated us, there was no water AT ALL for 12 hours (couldn't even flush the toilet etc!). When we complained to Cosmos, the rep came to see us and was very rude! They refused to move us even though the manager of Adams apartments was agressive towars us in front of the rep.
The rep swore at us and told us to "shut up" on a number of occasions. Instead of being sympathetic towards our troubles she just didn't care. When we told her we hadn't been able to brush our teeth, shower or flush the toilet in over 12 hours she just shrugged her shoulders and said "the hotel are dealing with it."
At one point, the manager told us we were being thrown out of the hotel because we had complained. My friend overheard the manager telling the rep that and whn I asked her what was happening she screamed at me "Tell your mate to shut up and f****g sun bathe!"
In the end we left the apartments and found some of our own but the rep was so unhelpful and rude - when we asked her to help us find another apartment she just walked away and said over her shoulder "go and find yourself an apartment and get lost."
I have never met a rep so rude, unhelpful and unfriendly in my life. This is the first time I have ever used Cosmos... and I will never use them again!

Erm...it's well written, but doesn't really give any info whatsoever about who Cosmos are or what they do (apart from providing really rude reps). xx

Oo, dounds awful - I can't believe anyone could be so rude. To get higher ratings I'm afraid you will need to be indifferent for a moment, mention prices, locations offered and any possible pros - but then complain like mad at how badly treated you were. Rach =)
