We went to craig tara in august 2008 and i have to say that had i read the reviews before booking i probably would not have done so!!
However i have to say that we had a fantastic fun filled holiday and have booked to go back at easter next year!! The funstars were excellent!! There are 8 of us with ages ranging from 66 to twins age 2!! There was plenty to keep all ages happy!! The entertainment was really good and the facilities too. the only negative really was that the beach was awful, very dirty , i think it would be great if it were cleaned up???
The swimming pool is absolutley fab, great fun!! I also have to mention the chinese "van" we really enjoyed the food after our nights out!! sweet chilli chicken and chips was my favourite!! very reasonably priced as well. The shop was exceptionally well stocked and not too over priced as some other haven site shops are!

Advantages: Everything at the park is within walking distance. Disadvantages: Took a while to find through a housing estate not signposted until you're close to it.
