Malia, a town on the island of Crete proved to be the perfect summer holiday for myself and nine of my friends when we finished our A-Levels in June. It provided us with a very lively nightlife and a great beach to relax and recover on during the day. Every night there was something different to do or a new place to go to. All the people were really friendly and we generally had a great two weeks partying through the day and night. The town is perfect for youngsters providing just the things they need, sun, sea, sand and drink!!! Prices are reasonable throughout the island and there are other towns locally where you can experience a quieter, yet just as fun night. Crete is most definetely worth the visit!!!

Advantages: everything being so close together, most likely to get alot of sun from may till end of sep, plus it is rNb heaven Disadvantages: getting pestered to death to go into bars by the reps who stand outside, which need telling no more then once,
